1. Get the Timing Right: Steaming and cooking vegetables in Instant Pot are quite simple. Delicate vegetables will cook in a flash in the Instant Pot. To avoid overcooking your vegetables, it's critical to get the right cooking times!
2. Quantity Matters: You may not notice it as much in a meat based recipe, but increasing or decreasing the quantity of Instant Pot Vegetarian Recipes can result in uncooked or overcooked food. For delicate vegetables, the quantity can dramatically affect the "get up to pressure" time. Generally, decrease the cooking time when you increase the vegetables' quantity and vice versa.
